Refund & Return Policy

At Zeyna London, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we provide a simple and transparent return process.


Return Period

You are entitled to return your order within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns (covered by us)
If your item:

  • arrives damaged

  • is defective

  • or is incorrect

We will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer-Paid Returns
If you wish to return an item because:

  • you changed your mind

  • you ordered the wrong product

  • the item does not fit

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to Initiate a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

After your request is reviewed, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Please ensure:

  • The item is securely repackaged in its original packaging

  • All accessories and documentation are included

  • The parcel is sent using a tracked shipping service

Return shipping labels are not provided by Zeyna London. 

Return Address:

The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Returns must be sent to our designated return facility.



Refund Process

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to verify it meets the return criteria.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size, colour, or product), please contact us at:

We will gladly assist you in arranging a replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons.
These items will be clearly indicated on the respective product pages. 

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

- Personalised items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
